Students will build on their understanding of fundamental BJJ principles in the gi (the two piece uniform traditionally worn in martial arts), fluency in technique, and body awareness. Situational attacks, transitions, escapes and strategies are explored, in addition to a strong emphasis on instinctual application through live sparring/rolling.
Everything you love about BJJ, honed to perfection without the gi. No gi classes offer an opportunity for students to test their skills while wearing standard athletic clothing, instead of a gi. We require a short or long sleeve t-shirt or rashguard, and shorts.

Kids (7+) will develop a solid foundation of self-defense oriented BJJ techniques and principles. Each class incorporates drills and games designed to provide basic self-defense principals in a fun, structured, family environment. Students learn Jiu-Jitsu with an emphasis on developing respect, self confidence, awareness, and a strong work ethic, all while fostering a love for the art of Jiu-Jitsu.

A concept-driven class for individuals or groups. Proper self-defense technique, strategy, and body mechanics will be emphasized through BJJ movement exercises, partner flow drills, and positional sparring practice. Our Executive BJJ program offers a conceptual and strategic framework, providing an excellent and safe introduction to the art. $100/hour (hour minimum).

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our group classes with the option to also work with our trainers 1-on-1 (upon request). You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) trainers. We offer a variety programming which also includes Olympic lifting and powerlifting elements. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger both mentally and physically. We also offer individual times to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or athlete sport specific programming.

Our intro classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations.
